Our show home furniture rental packages generally cost between 0.5% and 2.5% of market value of the property being staged, depending on location of property.(ex VAT).

We have a wide selection of furniture the vast majority of which is on hire at any given time, it is not practical for us to maintain a showroom or catalogue. The cost savings of not having a show room or having to update a catalogue are passed on to you.
The quality of the furniture and accessoires will depend on your budget but rest assured all items will look great in your show home.

Furniture Rental terms start from an initial period of only 12 weeks and can be for as long as you wish. And with our affordable furniture rental packages you can be sure that renting a show home package won't break the bank.

Our furniture rental and buy packages include EVERYTHING needed to dress a property as a show home. Packages include all furniture and accessories; from the sofas and scatter cushions down to the cutlery for the dining table. We even provide voile curtains to dress up to 3 windows at the property. Window dressings (curtains and blinds) and ceiling shades can be supplied for a very reasonable additional cost.

Towards the end of the initial furniture rental period we will contact you to discuss the options available. You will be able to extend the rental, buy the rental furniture pack or if the property has sold arrange to have the furniture collected.
